How it Started...

As I dove head first into full time real estate, I knew as a mom of 4 that I was going to need help. That's why my very first closing was my mother-in-law's home. It is with her help that I'm able to meet clients for evening and weekend showings while my children are still able to be on time for all of their practices, games, and events.

How it's Going...

Since 2021, God has opened countless doors in real estate, allowing me to touch lives and serve with His purpose. Each connection is a divine opportunity to reflect His love and care. My prayer every morning is that He would put people in my path I'm supposed to help and take away those I'm not. It has been an incredible honor to be a part of so many people's stories!

Hello, I'm Elizabeth Evans...

After moving a number of times throughout my life and learning along the way from my Realtor mother, I personally understand how difficult, emotional, and time consuming the real estate process can be. This is why I've made it my mission to execute the smoothest, least stressful, most profitable transactions for my clients.

Believe it or not, I didn't plan to be here.

I fell in love with contracts and marketing through my mother's real estate career, but didn't plan to explore this career for myself until I retired from teaching. God had other plans. After earning my undergraduate and masters degrees in music education and teaching choral and instrumental music at the high school level for 13 years, the Lord told me He had other plans for me. Even though I argued with Him for quite a time, I stepped out in faith leaving a job I loved and dove head first into real estate. Though an incredibly difficult career, I have been blessed and fulfilled beyond measure as I walk in His will.

My Why

Faith and family are everything. I met my husband in college as he sat behind me in choir and we've been making and enjoying music together ever since. We were married soon after college and moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee where we have raised our four children. My husband, Daniel, leads worship at a local church and we are both extremely active in youth sports as volunteer coaches. Between our work, church, practices, rehearsals, and various commitments, we always make a point to travel with our kids (and sometimes our 3 dogs) so that we can make new memories together in the brief amount of time we have them under our roof.

Meet Micah

Micah joined our team in 2025 and is the mastermind behind our social media content. Not only does she manage our social media, but she captures and produces all content as well as pushes marketing for all those who list their home with Evans Team Nashville. She is an incredibly skilled creator and we are so glad to utilize her services for our clients.
